1 Ripe Golden Pineapple. Peeled, cored, cut into 8-10 wedges
Olive oil
1/4 cup honey
Directions
Prepare a charcoal grill with a single layer of hot coals
When the grill is ready, lightly brush the pineapple with olive oil and place them on the grill. Cook for 6-8 minutes per side until nicely charred and colored. Place pineapple on serving plate and lightly drizzle with honey.
